Our vision is to be able to assist as many people as we can, to successfully make their transition into Canada. We understand that this move is a major life decision. There are enough stresses that come with moving to a new country. Let us handle your immigration process, so that you can focus on moving and settling into your new home.

Company Name Origin

What does Takarra mean? As a company, it is pronounced “Ta-kar-ra”. However, it originated from a Punjabi word, “Tak-arra”, which means to stand strong. Immigrating to Canada is a journey. Over the next few years, you may have to apply under other programs as your status in the country changes. We want to ensure you have a strong “backbone”, us, to guide you through all your applications, keeping eligibility requirements and deadlines in mind on your behalf. The team at Takarra stands strong and true to the name – Where there is trust, there is peace of mind.

Journey with Takarra

Something the Takarra Team strongly believes in is that communication is key in any type of relationship. Our main goal is for you to be happy. Therefore, we do not work on cases without an evaluation of your eligibility and an explanation of the chances of your success. Time is money, and we do not want to waste yours or ours.

Here is what to expect from us during your Journey with Takarra:

It is vital for us to first get to know you and your case. Each person’s situation is different, and we like to make sure that you meet the criteria for applying before taking any actions. During the consultation, we will review your resume and go over any additional criteria and information that may be needed to determine the success of your application.

There are multiple options for you to get in touch with us. You can:

  • Call and book an appointment
  • Email us your resume and program you would like to apply under, at info@takarra.com. We will call you back after reviewing your documents, or ask for additional information for a better assessment.
  • Fill out our contact us form and we will send you an initial assessment form to be filled out. After reviewing the submitted information, we will email/call you back if you meet the basic requirements, and set up an appointment at your convenience.

Once we have confirmed that there is an opportunity for us to help, you will need to sign a retainer agreement with us outlining certain duties, responsibilities and fee amounts discussed.

There is a retainer fee payment (initial installment) required at the time of signage, for us to ensure we can begin working on your file. This fee is incorporated in the fee price discussed on the contract.

We provide easy, safe, and secure options to pay online, no matter what country you are in. Other payment options can be discussed in person, upon being retained.

This is when we will ask you to provide all documents necessary for the application process. We will also discuss the ethical and professional advice being given; under the bases your application will be created. This is to ensure both parties are aligned with the information being provided in the application.

After a vigorous review process, we will submit your application, along with a representative submission letter on behalf of the immigration consultant, to explain the applicant’s eligibility under the Canadian Immigration Law.

Correspond with immigration authorities after submission of application, until the final decision of the application is made.
